We had them clean our gutters and they ACTUALLY CLEANED OUR GUTTERS...with their hands! So many companies just show up with a leaf blower and are gone in literally 10 min. - Renee LI hired Bates & Sons to clean the beams on the underside of my deck (10x30) in prep for painting - had never been touched in 20 years. Tedious work but Charles did a terrific job removing all the mold and mildew build-up from every surface, as well as areas where the beams joined the house and the outside deck perimeter. He arrived early, answered all my questions, and had a plan to avoid soap build-up on my actual deck surface while working below, even though I did not include deck washing in the job. The initial contact to set up the appointment was easy, he followed up with questions to be sure he understood the job and I got the quote within a day. An excellent experience all around. I would not hesitate to use them again or provide a recommendation.
